Your data stays
on your phone.

Effective 26 August 2026. This policy covers the HELIX iOS app (bundle com.jourdanlabs.HELIX-FIT), published by JourdanLabs. HELIX is a fitness training aid. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

What HELIX collects

HELIX does not create an account. There is no login, no cloud profile, and no JourdanLabs server that stores your biometrics.

Apple HealthHeart rate, heart-rate variability (SDNN), resting heart rate, sleep analysis, workouts, active energy, respiratory rate. Read only with your permission. Written back: completed workouts, heart rate, and active energy from sessions you log in HELIX.HealthKit
Sessions you logWorkout type, muscle groups, estimated volume, fatigue band, timestamps. Stored in an on-device App Group so the phone (and, if installed separately, a watch companion) can share the same log.on-device

Export and delete

Settings → Privacy → Export All Data writes a local JSON file you can share to Files or another app. To delete HELIX data: delete the app. To stop Health access: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HELIX → Turn Off All. JourdanLabs cannot remotely delete what it never received.

Children

HELIX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
