HELIX is an iPhone fitness app. It reads Apple Health (and wearables you already sync there), logs sessions, and shows recovery and training-stress heuristics on device. No account. A person reads every email.

Wellness disclaimer

HELIX is not a medical device. Recovery scores, training-stress flags, and nutrition timing are fitness heuristics from sessions you logged and data you chose to share from Apple Health. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or clearance to train. If you have pain, an injury, or a health condition, talk to a clinician before changing how you train.

Common questions

No login?Correct. There is no HELIX account and no demo login for App Review. Open the app, grant Health access if you want scores, and log a session.review

Health permissioniPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HELIX. You can turn types off. Scores abstain when the signal is missing instead of inventing a number.HealthKit

WearablesApple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and Samsung Watch are read as Apple Health sources you already sync. HELIX does not log into those vendors.bridges

Export / deleteSettings → Privacy → Export All Data for a local JSON file. Delete the app to remove HELIX storage. Revoke Health access separately in iOS Settings.your copy
