Default allocation
If a customer reaches payment before selecting a charity, funds are held in an equal-split reserve until onboarding is complete.
Tax treatment
Unless separate treatment is confirmed, donations are made by JourdanLabs. Customers should not assume they receive a personal tax deduction.
Charity approval
Charity names, logos, and endorsement language require written permission before public marketing use.
Ongoing verification
Charity eligibility and fit should be reviewed quarterly, with a delisting path if status, permission, or public trust changes.
